Whether you’re looking for a fresh new workout experience, to feel sensual and sexy again, or to shape and tone up, our high energy, fun, and addictive classes are for you!

A fusion of Pilates, Yoga, and Dance all mixed into one full body, heart pumping, cardio and muscle sculpting class set to music. Using the Booty Barre® method, this class stands alone in its fluidity, technique, and ability to make you sweat. You will leave this class standing taller, feeling leaner, lighter and addicted for more! No dance experience required.
Chisel your middle with Cardio Hula Hoop! Burn as many calories as aerobics or running and have TWICE AS MUCH FUN! This class is an exhilarating total body, yet low impact, workout that will shake up your fitness routine! Hooping will tone your entire body, strengthen your core, define your waistline, and burn fat and calories. We provide the hoops, you provide the hips!
This incredibly unique class combines several different styles of dance to create chair dance choreography that are taught to build a mini routine. You will feel and move like a dancer flowing and transitioning from one move to the next. This class is for students in our all levels.
This two part class starts with a circuit type workout, helping you focus on your whole body. You will work out using the assistance of a chair.

The second part of the class is cardio based and sexy inspired. You will be taught a small piece of choreography to dance out using our chairs. You will repeat this choreography to different styles of music. Guaranteed to make you break a sweat, but feeling fabulous at the same time.

Leg warmers or knee pads are suggested.  Shoes are optional.

This class focuses on pole inspired floorwork and transitions from on the pole to the floor.  Knee pads are strongly suggested, or leg warmers.  All levels welcome.
This class combines dynamic stretching, PNF, some partner work with a focus on front splits, middle splits, back and shoulder flexibility (one goal per class) taught by our MSc Exercise Kayla.
All of your hard work in pole class is now paying off! This class requires strength, coordination, and flow. Students work at their own individual pace, learning new tricks, inverts and strength holds.  Pole 102 prerequisite.
Being highest level of pole that Studio Chic offers, this class grows with its students as they progress. Lead by one of our advanced instructors, students are taught at their own pace while being encouraged to control, perfect, and smooth their moves into combinations, choreography and flow.
The studio is open for students and members that would like to come and practice their pole moves, or use the barres.  For people that do not have a current class pack or membership you must sign a fitness waiver and pay $10+HST to utilize the studio.  No registration required, please just show up and play.
This split level class is open to all students who have the prerequisites for either Pole 102 or Intermediate Pole 1.
This incredibly unique class combines several different styles of dance to create pole and floor choreography that are taught to build a mini routine. You will feel and move like a dancer flowing and transitioning from one move to the next. This class is for students in our Pole 101 program only, and must have been taught the fireman spin, front spin, and dips.  This class is required to move into choreo 102 with approval of the choreo instructor.
Take your pole dancing to a new level!  This class is for students who have completed our Pole 101 program, and have mastered the routines in Pole Choreography 101.  Using more advance pole tricks, and transitions you will learn how to combo them together into a mini routine set to music.  Get ready to dance, sweat, and feel fabulous! Entry to Choreo 102 has a prerequisite of choreo instructors approval plus Intermediate Pole 1 status at the studio.
If you’re ready for some fun, laughter, and feeling your confidence soar, than this class is for you! We will teach you how to move your hips and toss your hair, and all the fundamentals of pole dancing. You will learn different hand grips, strength holds, and of course all the fun spins, and dance moves that will turn you in to one of our newly addicted pole dancers! Students will complete a checklist of moves with their instructor before moving on to Pole 102.
Soar to new heights in this class! With Pole Climbs and Inversions you will get to appreciate the world of pole from a whole new level! We will teach you new spins, transitions and combos, as well teaching you how to dance with them. The fun never stops, and your body will only benefit from all the strength, coordination and conditioning that you’re building.
Come learn how to fly, this class is all about the spin!  This multi level class will teach you the basics of speed control, inverting, hand/body positioning and transitions from trick to trick on a spin pole. You will also be introduced to some new grips that are mainly used on spin and are the building blocks for many spin combos. This class requires a Pole 102 pre requisites.
A revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability using the TRX Suspension Trainer. Set to music, this group class delivers a cardio and strength blast that will leave you feeling incredible. No experience necessary.
